Methodology & Collaboration
How does asynchronous remote work?
Main communication via email or chat (Telegram/Slack). You open a ticket describing the task, I analyse it and give you an estimate and action plan. I execute within the agreed window, documenting every change. No meetings unless strictly necessary.
What time zones do you work in?
My base time zone is UTC+1 (Spain), but I reply within 24 working hours. For scheduled interventions I adapt to your zone (Americas, Europe, Asia) at no extra cost.
Is there a contract or warranty?
Yes, we issue an invoice with full guarantees. Every project includes a 15-day post-delivery support period to fix any issues arising from the implementation.
Quotes & Payments
How is the price calculated?
Two models: per project (fixed scope) or monthly retainer (block hours for ongoing maintenance). Request a no-obligation quote.
Do you accept split payments?
Yes, for projects over €500 it can be divided into 2 or 3 payments (50% upfront, 50% on completion). Monthly retainers are paid in advance each month.
Is there a free initial evaluation?
Yes, on the quote form you can tick the "Free 30-minute initial evaluation" option. I will analyse your current setup and give you a report on vulnerabilities or bottlenecks at no cost.
Security & Access to Your Systems
How do you guarantee the security of my servers?
Access exclusively via encrypted SSH keys and a dedicated VPN (WireGuard). I never share your credentials. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed if you require it.
What happens to my data during an audit?
I do not access sensitive data unless strictly necessary to diagnose a problem. If I need logs, I ask you to provide them filtered and anonymised. All traffic runs over encrypted connections.

Do you also work with home users?
Absolutely. I configure home servers (Proxmox, NAS, Plex, home automation), advanced networks with OPNsense, remote-access VPNs and backup solutions. Prices tailored for personal projects.
Can I book just one hour of consulting?
Yes, there is an hourly consulting rate (minimum charge 1h). Ideal for solving a specific question or reviewing a particular configuration.
